Travelogue: Marrakesh Souk

Once we finally arrived in the Souk in Marrakesh we began to explore. Down the narrow alleys with tourists lining the shops and store owners rallying people. This city is alive. Even at 11pm. Crazy. While browsing the shops you have to pay attention to countless motorbikes blindly coming around corners. This is one of the many pictures I took here. Getting lost in any city for the first time is great. You get to see things you wouldn’t normally should you have stayed on the beaten path. So what do you do when you have a few hours in Marrakesh? Morocco

The Leica 18mm Super-Elmar-M ASPH is one odd-ball lens. Built when the Leica M8 was the latest and greatest digital Rangefinder, it served to fill the void of a 24mm lens that Leica was lacking in their crop sensor line-up.
